We are pleased to offer size exchanges only. All items are final sale as each item is printed when ordered. We cannot offer any refunds, no exceptions.
All exchange requests must be received within 7 days of your order delivery date and MUST be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition.
- Any sale/clearance item (includes any items purchased with a coupon code greater than 15%)
- Seasonal items (such as holiday themed apparel)
- Custom made apparel
We want you to be satisfied with the fit of your purchase, so if you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please Note:Your item can only be exchanged for the same item purchased.
Please review your item(s) as soon as possible to ensure you're satisfied. If your item is damaged due to our error, we will be happy to send out a replacement as soon as possible. We may just ask for a photo of the damage for review.
Please note that there may be a press mark or a line where the shirt has been pressed. This is normal and part of our professional heat pressing process. We do not replace items due to this issue.
As far as color variations, we will always provide a picture of our products, however; please understand that some shirts may vary slightly in color depending on how you're viewing the product.
In the event an exchange isn't possible (out of stock, no longer available, etc.), we will offer store credit.
Return Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs for exchanging your item due to size. We will handle the cost to ship the exchange back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item is defective or damaged, we sincerely apologize and will handle all shipping costs.
As always, please be sure you are fully checking our size charts on our product pages to ensure you are purchasing your correct size. We will do our best to provide you with as many sizing details as we can. If in doubt, send us an email. We'll be happy to assist you with your sizing needs.
To complete your exchange, submit your request via our return center located on the bottom of our home page. Once you have submitted your request, you will receive emails informing you of the status of your exchange as well as detailed return shipping instructions. Please do not send us the item(s) to be returned until you have contacted us via our returns center page.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
